1. What data we collect

Only the email address you voluntarily type into the waitlist form and, if you are a business, the city you serve, which is optional and only helps us decide which cities to open in first. While the form does not accept sign-ups, the site collects nothing you type.

We do not ask for your name, phone number, address, identity document or payment details. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies. As with any website, our hosting provider generates technical access logs — IP address, date and time, page requested — used only to operate the site and protect it from abuse.

2. What we use it for

To write to you when Lupio launches in your city, and to tell you about news directly related to that launch. Nothing else.

In particular: we do not sell your email address, we do not share it with third parties for commercial purposes, and we do not use it to advertise other companies.

3. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, which you give by submitting the form, in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012 and its implementing decrees.

4. Who we share it with

With whichever email delivery provider we use to manage the list, solely in order to get those messages to you. That provider will act as a data processor and will not be allowed to use your email address for its own purposes. As of the date of this policy no provider is connected and your email address has not been disclosed to anyone.

We could also share it with the competent authorities where there is a legal obligation to do so.

5. How long we keep it

Until the launch in your city and for a reasonable period afterwards, or until you ask to be removed or request deletion, whichever happens first.

6. Your rights

You may access, update and rectify your data, request proof of the authorization granted, be informed about how it has been used, revoke the authorization and request its deletion, in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your email address against unauthorized access, loss or disclosure. The site is always served over HTTPS.

8. Changes to this policy

If the scope of the processing changes — for example, when the platform becomes available and user accounts exist — we will update this policy and the date shown above before collecting any new data.
