1. Acceptance of the terms

By accessing or using lupio.net, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these conditions, we ask that you refrain from using the site.

These terms may be updated. Changes take effect when published on this page, and the date of the last update is shown above.

2. What Lupio is today

Lupio will be a platform for finding products, services and businesses near you, and for local businesses to be found by the people looking for them.

The platform is in pre-launch today and is not available: on lupio.net there is no search, no directory, no business profiles and no reviews. The site's only function is the waitlist and, until the email delivery provider is connected, the form does not accept sign-ups and says so.

3. The waitlist

By leaving your email address on the waitlist, you authorize us to write to you to tell you about the launch of Lupio in your city and about news directly related to that launch.

Signing up for the list does not create an account, does not reserve a contractual position, does not guarantee early access and does not create any financial obligation for either party. You may ask to be removed at any time by writing to the email address given above.

4. Use of the site

You undertake to make lawful use of the site and not to take actions that may damage, overload or impair it, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to its systems.

We also ask that you not use the waitlist form with other people's data without their authorization, or in an automated way.

5. Intellectual property

The contents of the site, including text, logos, graphics and design elements, belong to Lupio or to their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Their reproduction, distribution or transformation, in whole or in part, is prohibited without prior written authorization.

6. Limitation of liability and governing law

The content of lupio.net is offered for informational purposes about a product under development. Descriptions of future features are not a contractual promise: the final product may differ from what is described here, and we do not guarantee launch dates or availability in any particular city.

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for damages arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the site. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, and any dispute will be submitted to the ordinary Colombian courts.
